## What Cargoful does

Cargoful is an AI-native operating system for transportation planning, built as three layers:

1. **Data layer – your data infrastructure.** A digital twin of the customer's transportation network, built on systems they already run (SAP, Oracle, WMS, legacy TMS, telematics, Salesforce) and enriched with external signals (traffic, weather, holidays, road restrictions, fuel prices). Integration via REST API, SFTP, or direct DB sync.
2. **Application layer – the tools.** Strategic Zone Design (network/territory design and fleet sizing), Route Optimizer (AI routing under real constraints: time windows, vehicle types, driver hours, cold chain), Control Tower (live execution, ETAs, exceptions, driver comms), Performance & Profit (unit economics per route/customer, CO₂ per shipment). Plus Driver App and customer notifications (WhatsApp, SMS, email, Voice AI).
3. **Agentic layer – the operators.** Specialized AI agents (Planning, Execution, Communication, Profit, Exception) that read data, activate modules, and correct plans, with approval thresholds set by the customer. Dave is the conversational agent: natural-language answers on on-time rate, kilometers, margins, CO₂.
